Tule River Indian Housing Authority requests public participation and comment on its grant application for the FY20 ICDBG CARES grant. If awarded, TRIHA would use the $900,000 grant to build two new housing units, upgrade the failing HVAC of 6 units, and upgrade 2 units from swamp cooler to mini-split air conditioning/heating units.
